I'm Susannah, It's nice to meet you.
From an early age I have had a passion and calling to this work. I find joy, meaning, and purpose in helping people more fully engage their capacity for hope, self-leadership, creativity, growth, and transformation. My experience of this process with clients, and in my own life, informs my practice every day.
I live with my partner in Seattle, Washington and am the mom of two adult sons (and two cats). I bring authenticity, open-mindedness, a sense of humor, and hope to my clients every day. I'm honored to support people from all walks of life, including the LGBTQ+, polyamorous, BIPOC, and neuro-divergent communities—and am inclusive of all shapes, sizes, and ages.

I earned an MA in Couples and Family Therapy from Antioch University, and primarily utilize tools from IFS, CBT, RO-DBT, EFT, and Gottman Therapy with an attachment lens. Learn more about the treatments I use here.
I’ve had the privilege and opportunity to witness real change in my clients as they engage in the process of both internal and external reconciliation and integration. It is an honor and privilege to be allowed into their lives and be a part of their journey.
I'm available in-person & online.
I offer therapy both in-person at my Bellevue, WA office as well as online via a secure video meeting platform. I also run DBT group therapy at DBT Eastside. If you're interested in DBT groups, click here to visit their website.
