Family Therapy & Parent Coaching
As they say, "It takes a village" and I'm here to be one part of that village. Going to family therapy is a wonderful opportunity to solve problems in real-time and see real and lasting change. I also love coaching parents 1:1 to better understand how to deal with the issues their kids are facing.
“There is no such thing as a perfect parent so just be a real one.”
― Marsha M. Linehan

What do I typically help families work through?
I've worked with a variety of family structures and helped them overcome issues both big and small. From navigating tough transitions like divorce to helping different family members feel heard, I can be the mediator and change-maker a family needs to find calm in the chaos.
What is parent coaching?
Watching as your child struggles with their mental health can feel hopeless and confusing. I offer real solutions for parents who are looking for ways to communicate with their teens and young adults. You don't have to do this alone.
