Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is an opportunity to focus on you. Your struggles, your successes, your path forward. I'm here to walk alongside you as you navigate the ups and downs of life. Together, we can find real solutions to the things you're facing and help you achieve balance and peace.
“It is hard to be happy without a life worth living... Of course, all lives are worth living in reality. No life is not worth living. But what is important is that you experience your life as worth living—one that is satisfying, and one that brings happiness.”
― Marsha M. Linehan

What do I typically
help people with?
I've helped people with a broad range of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-worth, relationships, suicidal ideation, parenting, and emotional regulation. I've helped people mend their relationship with their mothers, stand up to their bosses, and self-regulate after a stressful day. My goal is to help build your toolbox so you can know what to do when life happens.
How do I know if
therapy is right for me?
Therapy is for everyone. It's for people dealing with big, traumatic experiences—and for people dealing with the everyday task of being human. Having someone to talk to that isn't your family member or friend can be invaluable, and bring you closer to yourself and the life you want to be living.
